One of my favorite places to visit on Long Island is the LI Sound, last time i was there i snapped a few shots from up on the clifts....the water has this beautiful green color that blends into the deepest blue.

Hi and thank you for the comments on this one...it reallly is a beautiful spot. I tend to stay up on the clifts and take in the view, there is a lonnng flight of steps that go down to the beach but going back up is not so fun

nice looking shot. looks like one of those old sand paintings they made a lot of in the 80s by layering sand between two pieces of glass sandwiched vertically together.

Very nice shot. I like the simple colours, they're quite understated without being ineffective (does that make sense?!?!). Gah i don't mean to sound like a pompous idiot. Anyway, it's a cool picture. I wonder if it would benifit being at an angle to the post? Just a small thought.
