Artist's Comments

I drew this one for some much needed practice and a little fun. I made a few small video wips but it seems I can no longer upload them to DA? I'll need to find a site to host them on. Oh and this one was drawn from an image on the computer screen using the grid method which is demonstrated in the videos. ~Linda

i like the tonal ranges on the bottle gives a really good photographic illusion.

how did you find drawing from the computer screen? i tried it before and found evertime you look at the screen from a slightly different angle the colours and tones change, so i couldnt get the correct image.
:iconimaginee:
I had no problem with the tones or colors, I've been drawing off the computer screen for years so I'm kinda used to it:)

Lots of practice and taking it slow are key for a work of art... never ever rush a drawing because it will look it!
