I hated the last edit I did to this one so I once again reworked it and now I feel it's good, the skin tones are nice and even, eyes and lashes look better, and I put more highlights back in.

wow. teeth are perfect. lashes are awesome and curly facial hair was done so well. the cheek looks a bit pointy, but it's probably supposed to be like that, so excellent drawing.

Holy Jesus! This is amazing work. I love how you said you've reworked it so many times too, 'cause an awful lot of the time I'm way too impatient to do that. I did a pic of Kelly Clarkson in charcoal the other night, and had to force myself to keep going. Then again charcoal, when her face was pretty much only half the size of my hand, probably wasn't the best idea. How large is the actual picture? Your detail is astounding!!!
