clung to my body
and now fragile mind
once freedom fled
all I could see
was a distant mirage
with an image of me

Breath, you slipped away from me
Light, you found a way to scare me

Freedom, you left me to PANIC

Hi there, I drew this one before xmas, it was a gift so I had to wait till after xmas to post it. I decided to add in a smaller image, he's kinda sitting on his own shoulder

, oh and the BG was a lot of fun to create.

Graphite 2b, h, b, 3b
Tissue, blending sticks
60+ hrs

Oh and I would recommend the Vellum Bristol paper, It has such a nice texture to it and yet it's also very smooth, perfect for portraits, a 2b mechanical pencil is also perfect for drawing details (always has a sharp point). Plain tissue for blending mid tones and a blending stick for blending small areas like the lips and eyeballs...
