Hi there, here is what I been working on the last week or so....I sketched out a few ideas, then looked for reference photos and produced what you see here. The meaning behind it will be left up to the viewer, I would like to hear what you think when looking at this drawing. I'm sure many will have different interpretations. :nod:

15 x 19 inch
Archers hotpress paper
2b and 3b pencil
blending sticks
50 hrs

This picture to me looks like, in a nutshell, God giving out his spiritual(Character)/physical(Talent) gifts to his people, with wonderfully manicured nails. the clearness and beauty of the bottle represents how clear obvious and awesome the gift is. And the contrast between the between the calm clouds and the stormy clouds are the choices we have to use our gifts for: to bring glory or shame to God and his name. And the frame is just for artistic awesomeness! Hmmmm......

...how....I understand, but it's almost trippy. :D
I have to say that i immediately thought of Jesus with one glance. except he's usually holding what looks like a wooden heart rather than a glass bottle one.

The glass jar and the hand represents someone freely giving their heart. The fact that its a clear glass jar could represent the innocense and fragility of the love. The fact that the barckground is a sky could represent how high from the ground it is, making it more a risk for the heart to shatter if dropped. And the fact that it looks like there's a frame within a frame could represent that it's almost like a dream or a memory
